KBA RAPIDA 106-6LTTL+1CX HYBRID installation project in package printing plant.

Timeline: 2 months

Stage I – purchase
 
The machine was purchased in France. After technical checkup it was professionally dismantled and prepared to transport for professional cleaning.
 
 
Stage II – cleaning
 
Modern chemicals were used to clean the machine. Individual machine components were cleaned in various temperatures, which, like the chemicals were adjusted to the cleaned materials. Finally, the machine was painted in a modern paint shop using the factory colour. Thanks to that, after installation the machine looks factory new.
 
The cleaning was one of the most difficult stages of the project because the equipment needs to be cleaned per part. It demands precision and comprehensive technical knowledge concerning printing machines.
 
The cleaning was commissioned with the always reliable friend company from Maldegem in Belgium – N-Ice Clean
 
 
Stage III – relocation
 
The transport of KBA RAPIDA 106-6LTTL+1CX HYBRID was a massive logistical challenge
 
7 trucks, some of them carrying MEGA type trailers. They all had to reach their destination at approximately the same time.
 
Some parts of the machine were unloaded and transported to the plant in specific order which was determined by the assembly process.
 

Stage IV – assembly and deployment
 
On site the machine was assembled by our crew. The whole process took around 30 days to launch.
Our mechanics and technicians assembled all the parts professionally, launched and programmed the device for further action.
 
Around 15 people worked on the project
 
 
KBA Rapida 106-6LTTL+1CX Hybrid is a high quality, highly reliable equpment.
 
The machine in the following configuration: 6 printing units, 1 coating unit, 2 drying units, 1 printing unit 1 coating unit allows for high quality, creative printing and application of various decorations which in this case can be additionally manufactured in large format 740×1069 mm and high efficiency of 18000 sh/h.
 
This machine allows printing in conventional and UV technology, on non-absorbent surfaces such as foil, plastic, with the possibility of refinement with varnishes
 
Thanks to our professional crew our customer received high quality equipment which will increase the processing capacity of the printing plant and allow us to perform other services. This makes us a reliable business partner.
