Purposes of personal data processing and legal basis
We process personal data:
based on art. 6 paragraph. 1 lit. “a” RODO to the extent that you have consented to it when corresponding about the terms of service or obtaining other information (voluntarily consented by explicit affirmative action), when sending an inquiry through the contact form, when signing up for the Newsletter, when accepting cookies;
based on art. 6(1)(a). “b” RODO in order to conclude and perform a contract for the provision of training services and a contract for the provision of electronic services, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract;
based on art. 6 paragraph. 1 lit. “c” RODO to fulfill the administrator’s legal obligation: a ) if we receive payments from you (Law of March 11, 2004 on Value Added Tax – Article 106b, Article 106e);
based on art. 6(1)(a). “f” RODO i.e. Legally justified interest of the administrator or third parties.

We process the following categories of personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, device and operating system information, IP, browser ID.
Information about recipients of personal data
The data may be transferred on our instruction, but only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract or the handling of the request, in a manner that does not exceed our instruction, to companies that act as intermediaries in ordering courier services, our employees, associates, accountants and lawyers, IT companies, hosting company, banks, Freshmail Sp. z o.o. if we send you a newsletter, a company that provides servers for file storage.
Period of storage of personal data
Data will be stored:
For purposes based on consent until you withdraw your consent,
for purposes based on legitimate interests until an objection is raised or the statute of limitations applies,
for purposes based on the law, for the period of time specified in the law.
Legitimate legitimate interests of the administrator or third parties
It is in the legitimate interest of the administrator or third parties:

In the case of processing of personal data based on a legitimate interest of the controller, the data subject has the right to object; in that case, we will cease processing for that purpose unless we can demonstrate the existence of valid legitimate grounds for the processing overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time, but withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

If we are deemed to be processing data in violation of the law, the data subject may file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Source of data
The data comes from the data subject or a third party acting in the interest of the data subject. Provision of data is voluntary for purposes based on consent, otherwise it is a condition for the conclusion and performance of the contract, provision of services, delivery of goods and execution of the order.
Information on profiling
We do not use personal data to make automated decisions (we do not profile).
